Return Policy

Save Your Receipt!

Refunds are made on merchandise that is accompanied by receipt and meeting the requirements listed.

 

TEXTBOOKS

  • The last day to return books for the semester is printed on your receipt.
  • New books must be unmarked in new condition.
  • Shrink-wrapped books must be unopened.
  • Access Codes are not returnable.
  • Course packets may not be returned.


SUPPLIES, CLOTHING, GIFTS, ETC.

  • In new condition (unless defective.)
  • Returned with all original packaging & documentation.
  • Returned within 1 week of the purchase date.

Books will be available for purchase starting December 10 in-store with cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard or - online with Visa/Mastercard. 

(Please do not come to pick up online orders until you receive an email informing you that they are ready for pick-up)


BOOK CHARGING WILL BE JANUARY 7 - 24 IN STORE ONLY.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR STUDENT ID and CLASS SCHEDULE.

 

Last day to return Spring Semester books for a refund is January 25.
